Shopping With LLIONTAIL

These terms apply to use of lliontail.com and purchases from LLIONTAIL. Please read them with the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. The legal business behind LLIONTAIL is identified in the Contact Information section below.

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or use the store under the supervision and authorization of someone who does. Provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

Product Information and Orders

Review the product description, dimensions, included items, price, and delivery details before purchasing. If information is unclear, email support@lliontail.com before placing the order. LLIONTAIL is responsible for describing its offers accurately; ordinary differences in screen color do not excuse a materially incorrect product description.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. LLIONTAIL may be unable to accept or fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, delivery is outside the service area, or a material listing error needs correction. LLIONTAIL will notify you if this happens. A paid order that is canceled will be refunded; LLIONTAIL will not substitute a product or increase the agreed price without your permission.

Prices and Payments

Prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax and the final total are displayed before checkout is completed. Standard shipping is free to eligible United States addresses, excluding military addresses in AA, AE, and AP. LLIONTAIL accepts Mastercard, Google Pay, Visa, Discover, Apple Pay, American Express, and Diners Club, subject to compatible checkout and wallet availability. The Payment Policy explains payment verification and refund posting.

Delivery and Order Changes

The cutoff is 5:00 PM (UTC-5) on business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 4–7 business days after the applicable processing reference day. 

To request cancellation or a shipping-address change, contact support@lliontail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The email timestamp establishes whether the request was made in time. LLIONTAIL can make the change if the order has not already shipped. This request window does not restrict cancellation rights arising from a shipping delay or other mandatory consumer rights.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in the condition described in the Return and Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are reviewed separately and are not subject to the unused-condition requirement when the defect is discovered through reasonable inspection or use.

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. LLIONTAIL pays reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received; the payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. LLIONTAIL does not offer direct exchanges. A different item must be purchased in a new order.

Using the Website Responsibly

Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with checkout or site security, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders, or copy protected store content without authorization. LLIONTAIL may restrict misuse of the website, while continuing to handle existing paid orders and refunds according to applicable obligations.

Product Use and Support

Follow the product instructions and any stated safety or care information. Do not rely on a product for a purpose that its listing or instructions do not support. Contact LLIONTAIL if an item appears unsafe or defective rather than continuing to use it. These terms do not exclude any mandatory product warranty, liability, or consumer remedy.

Third-Party Services and Privacy

Checkout, payment, delivery, and website hosting involve service providers, including Shopify. Their services may have separate terms. LLIONTAIL remains your contact for the purchase and customer-service matters. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed; placing an order does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing.

Disputes and Applicable Law

Please contact LLIONTAIL first with your order details and a description of any concern so a practical resolution can be considered. These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi and applicable United States federal law, without removing mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, or prevent complaints to an appropriate regulator or court.

Changes to These Terms

LLIONTAIL may update these terms. Updated terms apply prospectively. The terms presented when your order was placed govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
